New Orleans

After I visited the House of Blues in New Orleans, I felt hunger.I was not aware of the fact that there were plenty of restaurants in this city, and that New Orleans is most famous for its piquant, Cajun cooking. I love spicy foods. The smell of beef and prawn made my mouth watering. When I walked along Bourbon Street I had an opportunity to taste a spicy steak. I told my brother that we must find the finest place for beef. Then he, a few friends, and I met to go to Ruth's Chris. There was extremely good steak. I agreed to spend fifty-dollars on it, as it was certainly worth its cost. I ate greedily my steak, and then we ordered legendary New Orleans gumbo! When I was over and done with these dishes I recognized New Orleans could please my ears and my stomach.

New Orleans is known as a unique place with racial backgrounds from many corners of the world. This city is frequently is called Crescent City or the Big easy. Due to its geographical position, near the famous Gulf of Mexico it is easy to contain a wide multiplicity of ethnicities. When I went diving in this Gulf I saw people of various descents. I could never imagine I would witness Indians and Chinese go diving together!

Another thing I experienced with New Orleans variety happened when I took part in Mardi Gras. It was an extremely educational and amusing experience. It was noisy, thrilling, and very bright. The traditional hues of Mardi Gras are mauve, emerald, and gold. Citizens marched past drunk, clear-headed, and confused. Mardi Gras is positively not for people under eighteen. For the duration of Mardi Gras I experienced was a bit of a culture shock. I found out that cultures of all over the world can in point of fact come together and take pleasure.
