Does anyone know if the New Orleans Cafe & Bakery on Exchange St in the French Quarter is still open?
I might be off on the name of it but it was west of the city hall/courthouse on a little side street about half way between Royal St and Bourbon St. Its a little bitty place with only about 4 tables on the north side of the street.
