Any info about New Orleans event that happened a long time ago? Black Panthers? Police standoff?
I need any information about this event. who, what, when and where.
All I remember is it happened a very long time ago in N.O. something dealing with a standoff with NOPD I think the guy was on the roof of city hall and he killed a bunch of New Orleans police officers. It might have been a black panther member. Video should be on youtube but i cant find it. Thanks.

My bf, some friends are I are going to New Orleans for Halloween 2009. Costume and event suggestions?
We told each other that we would all dress up but my bf and I are stumped for a costume. We were thinking steampunk, or the Tremor Brothers from Smokin Aces.. Gas masks, goggles, combat gear, but now we're really unsure...
Some one have any creative suggestions? I'm 23 and he's 21 to let you know we're adults.
Also, we planned to go to www.themortuary.com This haunted house, but they ask for no one to wear costumes.. So we have to change our plans.
