With everyone feeling the strain of the economy, consignment shops are seeing a great increase in sales and product availability. Can someone help me plan my trip to vegas?
I am taking my wife to vegas for her 21st. We are arriving july 4th and staying 4 nights. I booked a room at the Paris, but want to make sure this is a good choice or should I cancel and book somewhere else. We are flying from georgia and this will be our first trip to vegas and our first time flying. We dont need anything extravagent like wynn or venetian b/c we dont plan on spending that much time in the room, but dont want to stay at a dump either. As far as shows go, Im not sure what to do, we have never seen a cirque show, but have been to le grande cirque in myrtle beach, which seems to be very similar to mystere? So should we just check out some of the other shows or is going to a show even necessary? I dont want to have reservations during the whole trip and feel like we are on a schedule, but I dont want to miss out on everything. As far as eating goes, we will probably do buffets, food courts, and deli's and maybe go to mon ami gabi and emerill's new orleans fish house (Im from new orleans). Hotel and air will be payed for and Im planning on bringing around $1500 to $2000. Does this sound good
I payed $130 for saturday the 4th and $60 for the other 3 nights.

How much money do I need for 4 full days in vegas?
My wife and I are going to vegas for her 21st birthday. We are arriving saturday july 4th around noon and departing at 12:30 on wednesday july 8th. We already have air and hotel booked and payed for, we are staying at Paris. I also already booked and payed to see Mystere. The only other thing I have planned is reservations at emerils new orleans fish house. We are not big gamblers and plan to spend around $300 or so on gambling, but besides gambling what would be a good amount to bring to ensure we have a blast. Emerils will probably be as nice of a restaurant as we will go to. Other than that we will probably hit the buffets, delis, and food courts. We are not big drinkers or club goers as well. I am planning on bringing about $1500, and 500 on reserve on the cc, but want to make sure this will be enough. Also if anyone can recommend any places to eat or other things to do or places to go, please your input is greatly appreciated.
I gamble pretty often, but usually go to biloxi and play nickel slots and alittle blackjack. My wife on the other hand has never been to a casino, but I doubt she will have a gambling problem. Thanks for the input.
