Which city in the United States has the worst roads?
Ok. So, I live in Louisiana and travel to many neighborhoods in New Orleans quite often. I have a hunch that New Orleans has the worst roads in the country and possibly the industrialized world. However, I would like to see if there are any cities that have worse road conditions than New Orleans. Now, before you nominate a city, go to Google maps and see what New Orleans looks like with the street view option. Keep in mind, Katrina didn't have much to do with the streets; mainly the buildings, landscaping and utility poles. All the pot holes, poor resurfacing, and bad sidewalks have been there for decades and are the result of horrible city governments. And be sure to only look at streets within the boundaries of New Orleans. All other towns outside of New Orleans belong to different Parishes and therefore are run by completely different Parish governments. (It's just like San Francisco is to the rest of the bay area.)

What do you think of my playoff predictions?
Give me yours if you want
AFC
1. Indianapolis (Now: 13-0, Prediction: 15-1. Amazing team but I think they'll sit starters sooner or later)
2. San Diego (Now: 10-3, Prediction: 13-3. The Chargers are once again having a late run, winners of 8-straight regular season games (the best streak among non-undefeated teams) and 16 consecutive December wins (NFL record, haven't lost in Dec. since 2005) i can see them easily pulling through December and Washington won't be a challenge
3. New England (Now: 8-5, Prediction: 11-5. They have lost 2 of their past 4 but a decently easy schedule should be enough to pull them through, even with Brady being hurt but playable, he won't play 100% but will play enough to beat the last 3 teams
4. Cincinnati (Now: 9-4, Prediction: 11-5. Good team bu won't be able to stop San Diego in December. (No one has since 2005)
5. Baltimore (Now: 7-6, Prediction: 10-6. Surprise??? Not really. Runner-up AFC champs had rough start but have a moderately easy schedule left. Chicago, Pittsburgh, Oakland, all the teams are below .500% giving Baltimore a huge advantage over other Wild Card contenders)
6. Denver (Now: 8-5, Prediction: 10-6. their next 2 game are KC and Oakland. Win, win. They should lose to Philadelphia but i haven't seen a 10-6 team not make the playoffs since the 2007 Cleveland Browns. If there is one it'll be Miami but I don't think they'll win out)
Wild Card:
Cincinnati over Denver (Cincinnati have found themselves and Denver have been inconsistent and sloppy (winners of 2 of their past 7), Cincinnati is just better
New England over Baltimore (Baltimore will make it but New England will repeat Week 4, pulling off a close one)
Divisional:
Indianapolis over New England (Indianapolis beat them already, but this time it wont be because of a bad call)
San Diego over Cincinnati (San Diego seems to be getting LT good again but will pass all over Cincinnati)
Conference:
San Diego over Indianapolis (Indianpolis is 17th in overall defense 17th Run, 20th Pass. San Diego is 13th in overall offense 31rst Rush, 5th pass. Indianapolis will keep LT and Sproles more than contained, but Rivers will pass all over Indianapolis's poor secondary)
NFC:
1. New Orleans (Now: 13-0, Prediction: 15-1. Good team but will probably bench starters in Week 17 to prevent injury, causing a loss)
2. Minnesota (Now: 11-2, Prediction: 14-2. In their next 3 games, only 1 team, the Giants, is above .500%, the Vikings should breeze through the rest of the season)
3. Philadelphia (Now: 9-4. Prediction, 12-4. I think they're a little underrated and could be a potential sleeper team)
4. Arizona (Now: 8-5, Prediction: 10-6. A little overrated but easy division will allow playoff berth, will lose to Green Bay in Week 17)
5. Green Bay (Now: 9-4, Prediction: 12-4. The Packers may have lost to the Buccaneers but are 7th overall offense and 2nd overall defense, and that will really show in seasons end)
6. New York (Now: 7-6, Prediction: 9-7. Will struggle finishing season but have won enough already for the final playoff spot)
Wild Card:
Philadelphia over New York (Philadelphia has proven they deserve, will be close but New York isn't good enough)
Green Bay over Arizona (Arizona isn't the same SB runner-up. They will struggle against Green Bay's defense)
Division:
New Orleans over Philadelphia (Saints will be all over the defensive secondary)
Green Bay over Minnesota (Green Bay and Minnesota are practically hand-in-hand when it comes to offense, but only the New York Jets have better defense (statistically) it will show in this game.)
Conference:
New Orleans over Green Bay (Green Bay may have good DEF but the Saints will make this a game, but Green Bay will come up short)
SUPER BOWL:
San Diego over New Orleans (Over the top????? I think not, the chargers have lost only 3 games, the Saints may not have lost any but the games San Diego lost were to the 2 AFC champions and the Denver when they were doing good. The Saints have been inconsistent lately, beating Washington and Atlanta bu only 3 points. If you're planning on wining the Super Bowl, ou need to do better against the mediocre teams)
Score:
SDG: 31 NO:28 (Saints may have best OFF, but are 21rst in DEF, Rivers will pass all over their poor secondary)
(MVP: Phillip Rivers (27/39, 295 yards, 3 TD's, 1Int, 2 Rushes, 8 Yards)
FIFA- It doesn't matter if they play twice in a row, you rate placed based off tie-breakers and record. Not if you did or didn't just play. I agree it'd be boring to see twice in a row but right now it looks like it'll end like that
My baby is already 3 moths old- I hate to tell you but the Pack are 2nd in defense. I do my research. I don't like them but want to give accurate stats in my predictions
B.Sum. One (13-0)- You having SDG beating Cincy in the Reg season but not playoffs just 4 weeks later doesn't make much sense to me.

Ideal Playoff Result for the Packers?
Ok, so we all know who the NFC playoff teams are. Now that we're past that, let's talk about scenarios. Let's say the Packers beat the cards tomorrow, who would we want to win the Eagles Cowboys game? If the Eagles win, the Pack will play the Vikings in the Metrodome in the divisional round, which would probably be ideal if they want to beat them. Dallas would go to play the Saints in New Orleans. Now, if Dallas wins in the Wild Card Round, they would move on to the Vikings in Minny, with the Packers heading to the Saints in New Orleans. If the Vikings and the Packers both won, they would play each other in the Championship game. Now, this would automatically be the game of the season, and the perfect time to get revenge on the Vikings. However, if the Eagles and Packers both win out, the Championship game would be held at Lambeau, an ideal place to be if the Pack wants to go to the SuperBowl. I want to know your thoughts on each of these potential outcomes, and who we will be rooting for tonight. Capiche?
